Oil Paintings by Richard Ray

White Rock Lake feels like a second home anytime I am there. When it rains, when the sun sparkles across the waves, and when the red wings play in the reeds in early evening. I never get tired of going there, and I'm lucky to live just minutes away. I always take memories back to my studio after a visit. With my paiintings, I try to bring to life the light, color and life of the lake. Maybe you recognize some of these scenes from your own visits to White Rock. Hope to see you there.
