The sun drops in the west like a blazing sky-bound concho, and the lonely cowgirl reflects on another day of ridin' and ropin', another hard day in the saddle chasing doggies through the ocotillo and herding cattle in the scorching western heat. As all cowgirls know, pleasure at the end of the day is where one finds it.

A beautiful cowgirl goddess frolics on Bingo "Barathrum" Billy, the electric bull from Gehenna, through the Lost Valley of Satan's Infernal Slippers to the Equally Lost Barbecue Pit of Eternal Damnation and Semi-eternal Chili Cook-off and Weenie Roast.

  

No auction at the Long-Johnson County Arena would be complete without a performance by the cowgirl giant Tracy Lynn and her precision drill roses, the Yellow Rosettes.
