Officially,of course, it's just a work project. but it looks like art to me, so here it is, just at the edge of Deep Elm, hanging under the bridge that separarates it from downtown Dallas
Doesn't it remind you of Christo's running fence or wrapping some major architectural monument? Me too. Looking along the path of elevated Central Expressway toward Fair Park, East and beyond.
This is the view from across Elm Street, up toward I-30. I'm not sure what's going on inside the bag, but it smelled noxious, like Toulene or some other cleaning agent that probably rots our minds.
