Wide, sliding warehouse door; painted wood-plank floors; 10-foot ceilings, partially equipped with track lights. Adjoining kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator and ceramic-tiled bathroom complete with shower stall. Safe & secure - the only studio in the building with private entrance. My former residence, available in December. Approximately 1000 sq ft totals $860/month divisible among 1 to 3 artists.
