The first canines to appear on this page of Art Dogs are the two hanging out of various windows at 500X. They are not, however, the first dogs photographed for this page.

That, uh, honor goes to CJ Davis' dog in the picture window of his studio at Southside on Lamar. I know I've photographed other art dogs, and I will photo more in the future. When I do, I'll add them here. Happy dogging.

There are, of course, also be art cats. And maybe even art horses and cows and ... Well, you know.
